Cyber-seaworthiness: the calm before the storm?

Will we soon see claims for compensation resulting from cyber-attacks in the maritime sector? 2017 saw a significant stepping up of global cyber-crime; and there appears to be a growing understanding that the shipping industry is particularly vulnerable to attack.
