David Caron to be an Advisor to the American Law Institute

David Caron has been appointed as one of the group of Advisors to the American Law Institute ("ALI") Project on a "Restatement of the Law ,Third --The U.S. Law of International Commercial Arbitration." The Advisors will meet for the next several years as the draft Restatement is deliberated upon and finalized for consideration by the ALI. The first meeting of the Advisors will be in Philadelphia on January 29th and 30th 2010.
