Charles Brower identified as busiest arbitrator

The Honorable Charles Brower of 20 Essex Street has been identified as the busiest arbitrator by number of qualifying arbitrations  by   The American Lawyer’s  biennial Focus Europe survey. "Qualifying arbitrations" are (1) investment disputes involving $100 million or more and (2) commercial disputes involving $500 million or more.
